I'm sorry, but I couldn't stop laughing when I read this. This will be extra funny if you go/went to BYU because you know how those darn stickler cougs can be. My brother and other guys cut this out of the Daily Universe police beat from when they were freshmen back in 2009-2010. The so-called "suspect" was my brother. I can't help but smirk at the way the whole thing was written. So dry and yet so freaking funny.
